Improve the Start-up time.

On windows 7 64x is seems to take QUITE a while to start up, even making Windows thinks it Crashed, to have it finally start up. Which then, I make a Secure Bin, and it closes the whole program making me have to wait again. it wouldn't be a problem if it started MUCH faster.

The startup time depends on many factors (internet connection speed and usage - the program has to check the license validity, anti-virus scanning the program before running and when trying to access the server).
When creating a Secure Bin and closing, the writing session is closed (like when you write a CD) and that's why the program has to stop a little.
If you run the program again, it will start faster.
